From the Homefront Just got my Zionsvile Times-Sentinel today, vavy. All sorts of fun stuff. "ZIONSVILLE WOMAN CHARGED WITH PROSTIUTION" Staff Report What Zionsville police believe is the first prostitution arrest in the town's history was made Thrusday, Spet. 11, Det. Rob Knox said. Andrea L. Weasner, 27, was arrested at her apartment at The Reserve at Williams Glen on U.S. 421 just before 7 p.m., Knox said. "We had a tip this was going on," Knox said. The person who contacted police also furnished them with a card that Weasner was allegedly using to solicit business. "She was using an alias," Knox said. Knox said he did not have a copy of the card and didn't know specifically what it said. "When we recieved the tip, we assigned Det. Bob Anderson to the case," Knox said. "With the help of the Hamilton/Boone Drug Task Force, we were able to get an undercover agent, who was able to put teh case together." Weasner was booked in the Boon County Jail at 7:35 p.m. Thursday on charges of prostitution and deviant sexual conduct. "She's already bonded out" Knox said Friday. DEVIANT SEXUAL CONDUCT. YES. I want to see Boone County's Code sometime. I'm sure it's full of all sorts of fun stuff. Also, Austin Oaks was annexed, along with the Burgard family's farm. The Burgards never asked for their farm to be annexed, so I sort of feel sorry for them, since now they have to pay town taxes while living out in the country. Mr. Burgard brought it up at one of the Town Meetings I went to beofre I left (May 5), but I guess it just went under the radar. Qu頬astima. Oh, in a bit of news that should amuse every red-blooded Zionsvillian, those retards down at Dura Builders, the fools who 'constructed' (if you could call their quality of work -- or lack thereof -- 'construction') Royal FUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That's what happens to people that think they can ride roughshod over the law because they provide hig-demand schlock. In other news, Mike and Ashlie Stegemoller had their baby. Here's some pics. ![]() ![]() Individual Post | Comments (6) 23:36 0309.18 Da, Comrade! Yeah, not much to say here-- I have temporary (quirky) layout up for the pictures I took last weekend here. I need to refine this thing-- it doesn't actually link to the full size images, and I want to get a scan of my own contact sheets from photography to use instead of the cruddy-looking sproket images that came with the thumbnailer, among other things. Individual Post | Comments (1) 21:35 0309.16 HUMOROUS SENTENCE FRAGMENT You know, I haven't updated in a while, primarily because I haven't been able to come up with a good title. Oh, so I went home for the weekend; that was fun. Um, not much happened, aside from the fact that I was at, uh, home, yeah. I guess all the 'interesting' bits would have been concerning the actual travel. For various and whatever reasons, I don't have a car down here, see. So, since I was flying out of Memphis, my father arranged for 'a car' to transfer me between here and there and back. A few years ago, while we were on vacation in Chicago, we, for reasons I can't recall right now, didn't have access to our motor vehicle and needed to get from the Watertower Plaza area where we were staying to that ever-fun place called Medieval Knights. So, dad arranged for 'a car' to transfer us. It was a ncie car, a new-at-the-time black Lincoln Towncar, the driver was Italian and older and funny and we listened to Opera on the way there and back. This is what I expected 'a car' meant. Boy, was I ever wrong. Well, I guess it was kind of a Lincoln Towncar-- except it was white, and, oh yeah, it was stretched ten feet. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. It really is All About the Benjamins. My driver was pretty cool-- LJ, a big guy of African origin, with late- (or fat-) Elvis shades and a black fedora. He picked me up on the way back, too. Speaking of being on the way back, I got to IND to czech in much earlier than I did going to MEM, so Northwest's little automatic ticketing device offered me a seat in first class. Only 35 bucks, thought I-- sure thing. Just stick in a little piece of plastic and voilࠬes tickettes de 1e< classe. Mmm. Oh and have you ever wondered where all the pretty, young stewardesses have gone? Not to say that there's anything wrong with having flighht attendants that are older-- obviously, they're more experienced flight attendants and know how to deal with people better, but whatever. So, like, first class. Okay, so I guess it's not like the "WELCOME ABOARD PAN-AM FLIGHT 130 TO HONOLULU MR. AVIGNALE" kind of pretty, young stewardesses-- but they were stewardesses, and they were pretty young. Oooh, tactical comma action. I should have pictures I took of my travels up on the pics section sometime before the Last Trump, so, uh, be on the lookout. I guess. Individual Post | Comments (5) 00:41 0309.10 Doot I drank no less than three bottles of Gatorade today, perhaps even four or five. Why am I so thirsty? I have no idea. But, you know, Gatorade sure is tasty. Yeah, so I only had to go to two classes on Tuesday; Cochrane was out doing something someplace. So I hung around with Dan and stuff. Lance is such a five year old. He's like always in my hair, man, and it's so not cool. I want some me time, you know-- I mean, yeah, often times Ivan is in my room, but that's because it's his room, too, and he's quieter than I am, if you count the racket my Model M makes as I type something like this. So, I spent about an hour sitting out on one of the picnic tables in the quad eating a chick-fil-a, listening to Dan talk to his girlfriend on his cell phone, since it's better than having Lance around. Oh, and I also creatively passed some Lance-free time listening to Brett play guitar a couple times tonight. I mean, I have no idea as far as guitars go, but I'd say he's pretty dang good, and he's shwoing me some of the mechanics of how the tsuff works, so, eventhough I'll probably never actually be able to play one I know a lot more about how they work and stuff, which, honestly, is all I care about when it comes to most things. Spent some time in Dan's room in the evening. Lance had Fox News (augh!) showing the Democratic candidate debate (double augh!) on the whole time. You know, both of those suck for the same reason. The both demonstrate how people have permanently mistaken shock value for poignancy and ad-hominem attacks for debating. It's utterly disgusting, and unfortunately fairly endemic of pop culture. Yeah yeah, I know that sounds whatever, but, you know, this is my space so I can use it how I want, take it or leave it. I'm not necessarily opposed to the Democrats, see. Mrs. Grabianowski was the biggest Democrat in town back in Zionsville, and she knew what she was talking about, and eventhough some of it might have disagreed with the current party in power, it wasn't like it was crazy or ad hominem or anything. FDR was the quintessential Democrat, and what did he do a bunch of? My two favorite things the government can do-- build public works and BLOW STUFF UP. YES. And man, not only did he build public works and BLOW STUFF UP, he had more public works built and more stuff BLOWN UP than anybody ever, before or since. However, "wah wah Gore really won the election wah wah Bush sucks this whole Iraq thing is stupid the economy is screwed up and the Congress is spending more than it's taking in so let's blame the executive branch! That makes sense!" Seriously. Individual Post | Comments (3) 10:11 0309.5 No Orange Juice Allowed So, I'm typing this from the language lab, because I don't have anything better to do. Like I want to use some random french program I've had no instruction on from some sopohomore 'lab instructor'. Well, anyhow, these macs rock. The fonts are rendered so much better than under Windows. The only downside thought is that they have those asburd little spacesaver mac keyboards, as if the regular mac keyboards weren't small enough as it is. How fruity. Well, uh, so, yeah. Back to French. Individual Post | Comments (0) 21:14 0309.3 Blah blah blah Blah blah blah blah blah. Blah, blah blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah. Blah.
